Mountain to the north and the Indian ocean to the South, George is the largest town on the Garden Route but still retains its small town and country feel. George Airport

Formerly known as P.W. Botha Airport, George Airport was built in 1977 as an exact replica of the airport at Namibia’s Keetmanshoop airport.  The George Airport is located in the world famous Garden Route, half way between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.  The majority of passengers flying to George are holiday seekers looking to experience the beauty of the Western Cape.
